\u00a0<\/span>Of cremated roses<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

& the reign of marvelous lakes <\/span><\/p>\n

That spiral across<\/span><\/p>\n

The ridges of a green leaf <\/span><\/p>\n

I draw from you a voice<\/span><\/p>\n

Of such elegance that<\/span><\/p>\n

The holiest of prayers <\/span><\/p>\n

Become shy of exposure <\/span><\/p>\n

I draw from you the<\/span><\/p>\n

Simplistic wisdom of a<\/span><\/p>\n

Thousand fairy-tales & the <\/span><\/p>\n

Exuberant joy of a thousand <\/span><\/p>\n

Simultaneous smiles of friendship <\/span><\/p>\n

I draw from you a flowering of <\/span><\/p>\n

Childhood and a sound <\/span><\/p>\n

So subtle that only secrets can hear <\/span><\/p>\n

I draw from you the soft-winged <\/span><\/p>\n

Erosion of evil & the <\/span><\/p>\n

Tender flames that lick the wounds of all <\/span><\/p>\n

Who have suffered <\/span><\/p>\n

I draw from you the message of comfort <\/span><\/p>\n

&the hushed dressage of<\/span><\/p>\n

Sleep that moves like a <\/span><\/p>\n

Soft blue through rooms of loneliness<\/span><\/p>\n

I draw from you the strength <\/span><\/p>\n

to recognize each moment is perfection & to know that the earth revolves safely in your hands<\/span><\/p>\n

I draw from you Life itself, Beginning to end,<\/span><\/p>\n

Love itself<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s what I draw from you.<\/span><\/p>\n

When<\/span><\/p>\n

The cool touch of dew<\/span><\/p>\n

Saturated apples<\/span><\/p>\n

Swaying gently as<\/span><\/p>\n

Chinese lanterns hanging<\/span><\/p>\n

From a small vessel<\/span><\/p>\n

Moving slowly up stream.<\/span><\/p>\n
